lol Thnx, and i didnt know the extra deck didnt count,.,.... lol this probably affected my decisions..

Also im not sure about geeting rid of Tyrant dragon... or adding Koaki drago... and with my armed dragons gone that defeats it being a Lvl dragons deck....

I will make so changes though (mostely in my spells/traps). my monster selection however wont change hardly at all. (most likely just adding masked dragons x 2)

[/quote]Except Tyrant dragon is bad and having 2 LV lines makes it really inconsistant because half of your monsters are things you can't summon. Drago is good because it's good ATK, and it shuts down inzectors and hunter loop.
Also your monster line is kinda bad, because in dragons you want to run 3 REDMD and 3 wyvern. I don't know the most about drags, even though I know a l9t about them, but I was never sure about the monster lines. Look at some top Dragon decks for some good Drags, I guess. You shouldn't use heratics or the chaos ones, though.

Few things.
1. My name is Aggro, I'm one of the 3 people on YCM who you should listen to about dragons.
2. Any unusual format for Dragons is my speciality, so out of the 3, this is my area of expertise.

With that out of the way, here's a few things you'll want to take into consideration.

1. Running 2 lines of Level monsters is very inconsistent in any deck, so you shouldn't be running the inferior Armed Dragons. As for Horus, you should not need to run Level 4 as it hardly gets over anything. Run Level 6 and Level 8 @1 or 2 depending on preference and how well it tests.
2. Koa'ki Meiru Drago is Dragon's defining card. Not only is it extremely tough to run over, but it extremely restricts the opponents moves. Even better is how easy it is to get on and off the field thanks to Red-Eyes Darkness Metal. The cost of revealing 1 Dragon at the End Phase is worth it, and you can keep revealing the same card, so really, there's no problem.
3. Getting tribute fodder on the field for Level 6 is important, so you should be running at least 2 Totem Dragons, which can revive themselves from the Graveyard, as well as a full set of Masked Dragons and preferably one Dragon that can Special Summon itself such as Vice Dragon, Interplanetarypurplythorny Dragon, or Dragon Ice.
4. Along with that you should run the staples of Dragon Decks. Namely Prime Material Dragon, Exploder Dragon, and maxed out REDMD and Wyvern
5. Spells. You need the Staples: 1 Dark Hole, 1 Monster Reborn, 2-3 Mystical Space Typhoon, 1 Book of Moon, 1 Heavy Storm, 2-3 Pot of Duality. Don't run Wingbeat in this version of the deck, there's only one card you're going to want to bounce, making it extremely inconsistent. Magical Stone Excavation is bad, Gunfire is useless, Level Modulation is bad and Level Up! may not even work on Horus, though I'll have to check the rulings again. Fairy Meteor Crush is an Equip, which put simply, is terrible, especially considering the format has 3 MST and Heavy.
6. Trap cards. Again, add Staples: 2 Torrential Tribute, 2 Solemn Warning, 1 Solemn Judgment. Dragon's Rebirth is a bad -1 and with 3 CotH in today's game, there's no need for it. Royal Decree, while a good card, is much better served being placed in the Side Deck.
7. Extra Deck. Max this out to 15 cards. Note that you should only be running 1 FGD, not 2, since you're not even likely to get out 1. If you'd like to have more Synchros than the Generics, then you could tech in 1 or 2 Dread Dragons into the main deck, but be sure to keep Masked Dragon @2 if that's the case.

P.S. I should also note that 2-3 Fiendish Chains are staples, so try to find room. You should have a deck with more than half of it being Spells and Traps.
