Lost Soul
I've been using this deck for a while (I usually do well and win) but it'd be nice to get some outside opinions on the way it's built. Monsters (25) x3 Rainbow Dragon x2 Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder x1 Magna-Slash Dragon x1 Gravi-Crush Dragon x3 Crystal Beast Sapphire Pegasus x3 Crystal Beast Amber Mammoth x3 Crystal Beast Topaz Tiger x3 Crystal Beast Cobalt Eagle x2 Crystal Beast Amyethyst Cat x3 Crystal Beast Emerald Tortoise x2 Crystal Beast Ruby Carbuncle Traps ( x2 Rainbow Gravity x2 Rainbow Path x3 Crystal Raigeki x1 Crystal Pair x1 Dust Tornado Spells (12) x3 Crystal Abundance x1 Crystal Blessing x3 Crystal Beacon x1 Crystal Promise x2 Ancient City - Rainbow Ruins x1 Rare Value x1 Monster Reincrnation
When you tribute a monster does it count as being destroyed? If i have 4 Crystal Beasts on the field and 3 in the Graveyard can I still Special Summon Rainbow Dragon? (any combinations of numbers) Thank you for answering these if you do =DD

NumberCruncher
For your two questions. The answer to the first is no. Tribute and destruction are not the same thing. The answer to the second is "Yes, but Rainbow Dragon is so slow and inconsistent that it hardly matters." As for your build, here's the changes I would make -3 Rainbow Dragon (Dead draw until you get all the Crystal Beasts, not consistant enough once you have all the Crystal Beasts, and it requires that you run the bad Crystal Beast monsters in order to summon it.) -3 Cobalt Eagle (because removing cards on your field and not replacing them is hardly a good strategy) -1 Emerald Tortoise (Interesting card, but not good in excess) -1 Gravi-Crush Dragon (Not a good enough effect to warrant a Tribute and you don't get to keep the tribute Crystal Beast) -1 Magna-Slash Dragon (See above) -2 Amythyst Cat (Not very much attack and direct attack effect leaves it vulnerable) -1 Hamon, Lord of Thunder (Good card at 1, but tends to clog at 2) +2 Dragonic Queen of Tragic Endings (Every time it attacks, you draw and your opponent discards. Did I mention it's revive effect?) +2 Summoner Monk (You run enough Spell cards that this is a great way to search Pegasus and Tiger) -2 Rainbow Gravity (Supports Rainbow Dragon, which is getting dropped) -2 Rainbow Path (Again, more cards for Rainbow Dragon) -3 Crystal Raigeki (You have to give up two of your cards for one of his. Is that fair?) -1 Crystal Pair (It's an interesting card, but it ceases to be useful the moment you get 3 Crystal Beasts in the S/T Zone, which should happen quickly for Abundance) -1 Dust Tornado (Mystical Space Typhoon is better, as you can use it the moment you draw it as well as for all the situations Dust Tornado works in.) +2 Solemn Warning (Can stop any summon or effect that summons) +1 Solemn Judgment (Can negate pretty much anything you would need to negate) +2 Torrential Tribute (Your opponent loses all his monsters, while yours just get put in the S/T Zone? Yes, please!) -1 Monster Reincarnation (Again, giving up 2 cards for 1) +1 Monster Reborn (Ruby Carbuncle in your graveyard. Problems, opponent?) +3 Mystical Space Typhoon (Mentioned it in Dust Tornado summary) +1 Dark Hole (See Torrential) +1 Ancient City, Rainbow Ruin (All sorts of awesome) +2 Terraforming (Searches Ancient City) +3 Pot of Duality (Helps thin your deck to get to key cards faster.) +2 Rare Value (Nice Draw engine)
Wizarus
If you're running Rainbow Ruins, Malefic Cyber End Dragon and Malefic Stardust Dragon are also options.
Brinolovania
If you're running Rainbow Ruins, Malefic Cyber End Dragon and Malefic Stardust Dragon are also options.
CED seems better here because Ruins cab protect itself. So you could tech one, TC.
