DL
Pay half your Life Points: Until the End Phase of this turn, each time a Fabled monster is discarded from the hand to the Graveyard; Draw 1 card. You cannot attack the turn you activate this card. You can banish this card in your Graveyard: Return 1 banished Fabled to your hand. The point of this card was...well, pretty obviously to increase Fabled draw power. It's a last-minute type thing, if you're in a pitch (despite not letting you attack the turn you use it). Regardless, I find it a bit on the OPd side still, but...I'll let you guys judge that :
TheKaitoKid
I think the cost is too high. Also the attack restriction really screws the card over.
ekko1990
In a fabled advance synchro deck, this spells gg, as they can already sync with t.g. librarian for +0 monsters. With this, you could then bring out librarian, sync 2 shooting quasar dragons and a shooting star dragon, set 3 face-downs, end your turn and win the next time your turn comes around. The problem with this card is that it is hard to balance. The only way I see that it could be fixed would be if you reduced your life points to 100 (like Backs to the Wall), making it so that it is really a last chance card that can turn the duel around, but is rather dangerous to use. Though I'm a bit curious about the last effect of the card. Why a banished fabled?

And if you consider Fableds discard like crazy...thsi card can easily let them draw like 3-4 cards when used. Which then leads to more discards and draws, etc. (didn't really realize how cheap that was until now >>'' )
In a fabled advance synchro deck, this spells gg, as they can already sync with t.g. librarian for +0 monsters.
I agree, it really IS overpowered, now that I think about it @_@ Maybe making LP 100, and making it so you don't draw the cards, you add them to your hand during the End Phase, would be better (tho it might change the overall meaning of the card? Sounds more like reinforcements tho)
