LordEcchi
It's kind of interesting, and marginally useful as it allows you to use them from the graveyard, and simultaneously, however I'm concerned about the fact that this card is allowing you to re-use card effects that are limited, for instance: •I draw dark hole and heavy storm normally. •I activate them once each. They are now, for all intensive purposes, gone; as there are very few cards that allow you to recover spells from the graveyard. •I now activate your card, which lets me use an effect equal to TWO limited card's effects, essentially granting me two of each one. Extremely OP BONUS OVER-POWERING XD Say I DO have a card that allows me to return spells from the graveyard. Without your card I could recover either Dark Hole or Heavy Storm, allowing me to re-use ONE limited card. With your card I can now recover the effect of both of them in a single card, akin to returning them both. Suggestion: Instead of having all three in your deck, make the lore of this card state that It's name is referred to as the same name as both of them ("This card's name is referred to as "Dark Hole", This cards name is referred to as "Heavy Storm"), this will give the effect that you can have this card, OR those two cards. This removes the problem of duplicating limited cards, while still allowing your card to be somewhat useful as it gives you both effects and frees a space in your deck. Valkyrus
This isn't overpowered, it's balanced, but it's situational. Since both of its targets are @1 and both aren't searchable by anything. So this actually isn't as practical as one may think. But interesting idea nonetheless.
