Anbu-of-Sand
Syrsha Knight The card seems to be the main Beatstick of the Archetype (or low Level Beatstick that is), and is mainly used to combo up with some other Syrsha's. Seeing it happens whenever it's Summoned, there's some possibly abusable aspects of it that may be shown when more cards are released. It's grand effect of doubling the Level of a Syrsha makes me think either the Deck will have high Level XYZ bosses / possibly even Synchro, or have low Level effect monsters that gain some sort of bonus to them when they are a higher Level (which is probably highly unlikely though). Nothing else to say really. Syrsha Samurai Seems to be another main, but situational Beastick. The difference being it can keep on growing and growing and growing. This makes it much more of a threat then the above card when it's on the field during the right time to get those extra ATK points. It's Level manipulation is not as grand as Knight's, but nonetheless is still useful. I can't really tell right now if it's broken or balanced since so far the only other Syrsha can only change Level's when it's Summoned. Syrsha Brute This is where the quick XYZ Summons come in. You get Knight and Samurai on the field, change the Level of Samurai with Knight to make it 1900, and then get Brute out to get a Rank 4 (or possibly higher) XYZ Monster to go along with your current 1900 beatstick. It's not the best combo, but it's good enough to have a decent start. Brute's effect on it's own is just a Level higher then Samurai's, but when combined with Samurai's makes a monster 3 Levels higher; possibly making that monster of an equal Level to one monster that has been affected by Knight's effect? We'll see soon. Syrsha Archetype Overall So far I really like where this is going. They seem to be an aggressive Beatdown sort of Archetype that manipulate their Levels to not only get out some XYZ's (which I am assuming will be also Beatdown-related), but at the same time can trigger each other's effects whenever Level manipulation occurs. I wouldn't be surprised if there was some sort of say, Quick-Play Spell Card in the Archetype that increased their ATK x a certain number equal to their Level. Right now this Archetype can go either way; either being a Synchro related one, a XYZ related one (which it probably will), or possibly even both. I'll try my best to continuing on checking out this Archetype every so often to see if anything new is added. One question though; can their Levels go over 12 like Quasar can? I'm not really sure if any monster can go over 12 since I haven't seen one yet and haven't been told about if it's aloud, but I'd just like to know. Otherwise, the Archetype seems promising

Anbu-of-Sand
Syrsha Striker Very versatile yet simple. Good for getting out a certain XYZ. Syrsha Flyer Growing beatstick is always nice. Level 10 Total = 2000, and it has a guaranteed 600. So using Knight would make it 1200, which isn't too shabby, but adding onto Knight's Level = 2000, which is pretty nice. A decent card overall. You still haven't answered if they can all go over Level
Cloister
Well, they don't have any effects that let them exceed 12, so I guess the actual game rules restrict them from doing so.
~Shin~
Do its effect double only the original level ? If yes, then, I think it is greatly balanced, very usefull effect but needs timing and to not make it a handicap its ATK is 1800, well done.

Would not Ganesha, Shiva, Vishnu or even Benzaiten be a better name for it ? Seem useless.. maybe it is just becuase I am thinking you would not give the more powerfull monsters level increasing effects.

Good work. If you are going to add synchro monsters you should keep in mind this card effects.

Striker ]It is nice how it can save another Syrsha monster effect or increasing its ability.

Searchers that do not die are great, but a one with other uses is greater.
All have 0 DEF.. a drawback !? we will see I guess. Nightm@re-X
I'm not a yugioh nerd that understands how a set works by some cards. All I see are increasing levels, I guess for Exceed? But for now, I'm waiting for more so I can understand exactly what's going on around these Syrsha Monsters... Nice though

shelds9
Tom!? Long time no see... 1) Card has a very good effect, but based on the other cards you have here, they will reach Level 8 or higher. 2) Nice effect, nice ATK boost. Maybe up his ATK by 100 to make the boost worthwhile. 3) Since it can SS fairly easily, you should lower it's ATK and Level... Just my opinion. 4) Very creative and varying effect. I like it. 5) Nice card, but not very creative... I really like the concept of the Set and I look ofrward to seeing the rest of them!

Durandamon
Tiger: Unless you summon really fast, he can't stay on the field too long for it's effect to activate. Beast: Kinda like the leader, right? Revives, decent attack and destroys a card. This one I really like. The only thing I have with this archetype is that you might wanna make some Syrsha monsters that lower the level, you might end up with 5 level 12 monsters. And there aren't any Rank 12 Xyz Monsters...YET. Also, Burden of the Mighty
Anbu-of-Sand
Syrsha Tiger The card is not as fast as a growing beatstick like the others, but real thing about this card is how you can change the Level of one of your monsters completely. The thing with this as well is by Tributing it as it's cost your not setting up for some insta-high Rank XYZ's. A pretty nice card. Syrsha Beast The main effect (popping a card) is alright since it's restricted fairly well. It can't become a Level 8 which can lead to some nice boosts in your other Syrsha monsters, and of course increases your XYZ potential. The ATK boost however, seems a bit grand. 3200 as long as you control another Syrsha is a bit overwhelming. Perhaps halve that ? That way it's still fair at 2800. It's final effect is nice for recycling any Syrsha's that have been detached or the Syrsha possibly used to get this monster out.
~Shin~
Syrsha Tiger I am yet to see the reason to include this in a Syrsha deck. It do help Samurai and Flyer but just a lil bit. Maybe if it can tribute its own and/or others to change any monster on the field level it will be more useful. Beast needs time that I do not have now, maybe later though.
Cloister
I meant for Tiger to be able to spread the Level amongst more than one monster. If Tiger is Tributed, and you control let's say Beast and Flyer: Tiger is at Level 4, Flyer 3 and Beast 5, you can make Flyer 6 and Beast 6. Don't really know how to word it though... Love of Ghibli
So the archetype is nice as a whole. Titan is broken though. I don't know how it would be for these monsters to jump to level 8, but no way can a monster with 3100 atk restrict your opponent from activating spells and traps. That means only random monster effects can kill him because at 3100 its going to be pretty hard to summon another creature strong enough to attack him. Oh and look he does more things after that he can special two monsters IF you manage to somehow kill him. Exactly where is the drawback to him he needs to have some drawback or an effect has to go because at the current state he is too powerful for words.
