1 "Utopia" Xyz monster + 1 LIGHT monster

Must be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card is also treated as an Xyz monster while it is face-up on the field. When this card is Fusion Summoned successfully: Attach the Xyz monster(s) used to Fusion Summon this monster and its attached Xyz Material(s) to this card as Xyz Materials; this card gains 100 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to it by this effect. During either player's turn, when a monster declares an attack: You can send one Xyz Material attached to this card to the Graveyard; negate the attack and the effects of any Spell orTrap Cards chained to the attack. When this card with no Xyz Materials is selected as an attack target: Negate the attack and Special Summon one "Utopia" monster from your Graveyard; attach this card to the Special Summoned monster as an Xyz Material.

 

So, in accordance with the new RC Advance clause, I gotta say what the "purpose" of the card is...So, here's the dealio. Everyone is annoyed by the fact that, though Utopia CAN negate any of your own attacks, the effects that are chained to his attack (I.E., Mirror Force) are a bit...Annoying. So, I made this as an upgraded variant of Utopia with an ability to counter Mirror Force, Shrink, and the like.

 

Also, haven't made an RC card in a while, so this was my "re-entry", if you will.

Okay here I go, why is this a Number Z, which I'm guessing means Zexal Number. As for the effects it seems a little over kill in the effect department. It can negates attacks and effects along with Special Summoning something from the Graveyard which in theory could be another copy of this card to make a defensive loop. Try distilling the effect down to something more basic.

^{Pretty powerful but it has a cost so I don't really have a problem with it}
