Ok, so here's the deal. If y'all remember my last 2 contests, I had you guys change a normal monster into an effect monster. On this one, I'm gonna have y'all make a Synchro monster and a Tuner out of the 2 cards I provide for each contestant. I'm going to need a judge to help me on the off chance I can't get back on here by this coming Tuesday to take the cards, to rate them, and give them a rank from 1-4 (the place the contestant gets). Hopefully I get some replies before I leave today.
