Welcome. I've been working on some cards with the aim of creating a solid selection to fit a 50-100 card booster series. The recurring archetype of GIGA will hopefully be perfected with time.

I liked your cards, but "uncommon courtesy" is OP, you could add a dark hole, Judgement Dragon or any limited card which should really be limited to your hand the turn after you just lost it. Also I though AI Deployer was too weak either make it stronger, reduce its level or make it easier to summon because atm it is not really worth the benefit.

But otherwise I love the cards, especially the artwork!

A few technicalities:
(1) instead of saying Melt-Down in the card number you should probably put something like RotG-En01 up to wherever you end your set.
(2) Uncommon Courtesy is insane. The fact that it has to survive a turn out there does hurt it, but considering DMOC is banned and this can add spells AND traps AND monsters each turn, I would say this is beyond broken.
(3) Air Guardian Keyush is beyond broken. It is like drawing a pot of greed every turn it is out there. Think of it this way: it is a Spirit Reaper (which was limited/semi'd for a very long time) combined with a card car d EACH TURN. car d ends your turn, uses up your normal summon, AND does not allow it or anything else to be special summoned, and it STILL gets played in 3s in many decks. (Or at least it seems like it will be). Or another way of thinking about it is that it is a spirit reaper, without the targeting downside, that gains the same amount of card advantage as if it were able to attack directly EACH TURN, sort of like reaper on nightmare or whatever. That is a hard to summon fusion; this is a non-tribute monster. It seems pretty obvious that this card needs to be toned down.
(4) Most other cards from the set are very UP'd or very OP'd. Try to make a few UP'd cards, especially if they are interesting and some way, but not too many, and only make OP'd cards if you think they will make the game significantly better in some way. All Keyush will do is make exodia and friends even more powerful = bad. All uncommon courtesy will do is make limited spells become reusable. While this second one is slightly less obvious why it is bad, considering we have monster reborn, pot of avarice, and mind control all at 1, (not to mention other powerful ones like heavy storm and dark hole) it seems pretty crazy. If Reborn, Avarice and Mind Control were all banned (as they should be) then maybe that card could see the light of day if you toned it down a bit. Right now though, it is still crazy.

Bottom line: UP'd cards are generally boring. OP'd cards are generally format-hurting. This pack has way too many cards at the extremes, try to get somewhere in the middle :)

If you read Keyushi again, it is actually not destroyed by card effects, but it can still be destroyed in battle. Maybe something like a life point cost of 500 to draw another card would be balanced?
Uncommon Courtesy is probably very OP'd now I think of it's applications.Think I will switch it for a different effect.
As I said, refining of each card is needed to get to the stage that this booster has something to offer the world of Yugioh. Your advice is greatly appreciated.

Sorry about keyush, that was my bad. It still feels OP'd to me though. Anything that gives a +1 per turn, especially if it is auto-protected from at least half the ways it would be destroyed seems problematic.

EDIT: and life point costs do nothing. Just look at solemn warning and solemn judgment. Half your life points/2000 life points seems like a lot to pay, right? Wrong. And those don't inherently give plusses, while this does.

I Realize now the advantage this card gives to lockdown decks and the like, but I still want draw power to be a pull. How about this being the effect- During your Standby Phase, you can send this card to the Graveyard to draw one card.
This is more balanced but still gives a something for the player to use. I suppose it would probably be limited/semi limited.

Sending it to the graveyard would instantly make it UP'd because then it would be a 1-for-1 with a wait - sorta like Dekoichi except worse. You have to find a way of changing it a bit, without completely destroying the use of the card. Maybe instead make it undestroyable by battle and put a counter on it each time it would be, and when there are like 3 counters you get to draw?

That sounds like the best balance here, so I think I will work the effect around counters. Thanks for your help, greatly appreciated :)
