TheSKPwningest1992
Hi guys. Another archetype for you. The inspiration from this set came from a card in PHSW which caused us a few dilemmas at the Sneak Peek. Anyway, on with the archetype! The destruction. Generally there to bait out Trap Cards as something WILL die in the End Phase, and you opponent will try and make it your own cards.
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by having the ATK of a face-up "Mammoth" monster become 0 until the End Phase. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. During your End Phase: Send this card to the graveyard and destroy 1 card on the field.
The Tuner of the Set. Can bait out those annoying Xyz monsters.
Once while this card is face-up on the field and its ATK is higher than its original ATK: You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; Send that card and this card to the graveyard. Special Summon all monsters sent to the graveyard by this effect during your next Standby Phase.
Puts Crushers back in your hand. Enough said.
Once per turn, while this monsters ATK is higher than its original ATK: You can target 1 "Mammoth" card in your graveyard; Add that target to your hand.
An extra draw each turn pretty much. Make Rank 3 monsters dead easy too.
Once per turn, while this monsters ATK is higher than its original ATK: You can Tribute this card; Draw 1 card. During your Standby Phase, you can send 1 card from your hand to the graveyard and Special Summon this card.
The speed card of the deck. Makes for Synchro Summoning Level 6s really easy, and even 9s with Unborn.
When this card destroys an opponents monster by battle while its ATK is higher than its original ATK: You can Special Summon 1 "Mammoth" monster from your deck in face-up Defence Position. Its effect is negated until your next Standby Phase.
Ensures 2 Mammoths get their effects for a turn. Horn of the Phantom Beast makes things more fun, though.
Once per turn: You can target up tp 2 "Mammoth" monsters you control; Those targets gain 300 ATK until the End Phase.
Makes Mammoths really difficult to deal with.
Equip only to a Beast-Warrior-type monster. That monster gains 400 ATK and cannot be targeted by card effects.
While her type has no synergy with the archetype, it makes her far less broken as there's a possibilty for a 4100 ATK monster that cannot be targeted by card effects and can negate effects that happen when cards a Normal Summoned, making her VERY difficult to get rid of.
1 Tuner Beast-Warrior-type monster + 1 or more non-Tuner monster(s) If there are 5 or more "Mammoth" monsters in your graveyard, this monster gains 1000 ATK. If your opponent activates the effect of a card when a monster is Normal Summoned while this monsters ATK is higher than its original ATK: You can discard 1 card; Negate the activation of the effect and destroy that card.
Very strong tutor card. Can help to keep control of plays, but your opponent will be aware.
1 "Mammoth" Tuner Monster + 1 or more non-Tuner Beast-Warrior-type monster(s) If this monster destroys an opponents monster by battle while this cards ATK is higher than its original ATK: You can add 1 Normal Trap card from your deck to your hand.
L0SS
I think you've taken a nice simple idea that hasn't really been exploited before. The idea of having effects due to attack gain is a nice idea. All the mammoths seem well balanced as well. I think Conxelado is underpowered; having five Mammoths in the Grave is... well it's a Mammoth task (Bad I know). Maybe decrease it to three or make the cards base attack higher. I also feel that their should be more cards, as this deck doesn't feel complete. Some more support spells/traps are needed to flesh out the archetype and bring the monsters into play. Throwing some resurrection or mammoth drawing power into the mix would make this function more efficiently. Overall - 8.2/

In the currect meta (With the way I intend the effect to work, I possibly have worded it wrong) it can respond to effects that activate when they're summoned while retaining player priority, ei, Rabbit, Stratos and others. For "Special Summon from the graveyard" bare in mind Monster Reborn is legal and Call of the Haunted is at 3, as well as the fact Shaman exists in the Archetype. As for draw power, Unborn is there, plus 'Horn of the Phantom Beast' works with these, making their effects very good. The thing I keep in mind when I make archetypes is that most good decks only consist of an engine (eg. Inzektor, Frog, and Plant(R.I.P.)) The only thing I would think to change is a way of getting Warrior, King and Shaman to your hand.
