You forgot to mention from where. From the field? Your side only? Your opponent's side only? You also forgot to mention a restriction for the card; can I use this as much as I want during my turn (I call FIRE; now FIRE again = infinite burn damage)? I believe this would be the correct way to word the card:

As it is, this card is [s]overpowered[/s] [s]broken[/s] beyond broken for being an easy FTK. On the other hand; if you restrict this card's effect; it will most likely be underpowered due to it being a tribute. If you're going to restrict this card (Which I hope you do); increase the burn damage per card; depending on the severity of the restriction.

In addition, the META is all about easy summons and special summons to get across that once-per-turn summon; I insist you make this card easier to summon (Due note; you'll have to alter your burn damage again to try to balance it)
