Galkin
Rewording of the effect for better understanding:
Once per turn, you can tribute all Monster on your side of the field (Except this card): Destroy all level 4 or lower Monsters on your opponent's side of the field.
Alright; this card is a 2 Tribute with no Special Summoning effects. It's effect requires you to tribute more monsters in order to destroy your opponent's weak monsters. On a competitive level; this card ain't worth it. Too many resources for a mediocre effect that Dark Hole trumps over; even Lightning Vortex does it better. It is an interesting card at an amateur level; but even then it won't be seeing much play since it has too many drawbacks. Here is my advice: -There is no need for so many Monsters in order to use this card. You can do 2 things:

Change its effect to not need to tribute monsters (You can compensate for this by making it destroy all level 4 or lower; or you can leave it like that)
Make it a lower level (Preferably 4 or lower) and change its stats (Make the ATK high somewhere around 1800 or 1900)
-Despite being the Guardian of Fire; it has no relation to Fire except in Attribute. -Both in a competitive and amateur level; 2 tributes are practically unused, basically because they are horrendously slow to summon. You can attempt to give it a Special Summoning effect in order to facilitate the summoning. Overall, as a regular 2 tribute; its not good. 2 tribute monsters with no Special summoning effects now a day need some VERY good effects to even be considered used both in a competitive or amateur level. The game is simply too fast for this card to be of any use.
