Perhaps OP'd but I always think that when I post my cards.
Suggestions/fixes/comments are all welcome.

As said in the title, it's meant to take care of annoying Xyz such as Zenmaines, yet it doesn't completely get rid of them, so I believe it's somewhat balanced.

ATK is just barely higher than Zenmaines' DEF and its DEF is barely higher than Zenmaines' ATK.
So yes, made specifically to take care of him, although it works against a lot of Xyz you may also find annoying too.

well not original idea galaxy eyes dragon effect more or less but galaxy eyes dragon is a effect monster not a xyz monster so this could be op'ed it would only take tour guide from the underworldand tour bus from the underworld to xyz summon this detach tour guide first then tour bus to recycle tour guide

No one runs Tour Bus in a normal deck, so you're bad. Also, your sig is too big and it's burning my eyes (I think I've told you this like, a billion times, but you never seem to stop).

TBH I think this is a bit underpowered. Sure, it can kill Zenmaines or Gachi, but so can Black Corn. Rank 3s have Tour Guide, and besides this is 50 higher than the 2100 line, but most decks can't afford much space for Rank 3s except Zenmaines, Leviathan, and Leviair. Inzektors could run this, but I dunno.

I'd give it the "You can use this effect during either player's turn" clause and make it detach 2 units.
