Chiri Tsukikawa
Aside from the typo which I know is a mistake (the "ace-up"), it should be: Target 1 monster your opponent controls. While this card is face-up on the Field: The targeted monster cannot change it's battle position. This effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field. I added the once because otherwise, it'd look like it can be used all the time. Which is overpowered. EDIT: Oh but I just realized. This isn't realistic cards, so it can be overpowered and have mistakes. Well, feel free to have it whichever way you want. From your status I thought you were asking for corrections but I looked at it again and it didn't mention that, sorry.
Face McShooty
oh your right... I did put "ace-up"... wow... major blonde moment, thanks for the correction, I will fix that. How's the "template" as I call it look?
Chiri Tsukikawa
Pretty good. You tried to make it "dark", like a vampire theme. I like it but I think it would look better if you could not include the image into it, like, put the effects everywhere around the image on the card. At least that if you can't get the text, level stars and Attribute above it, too. I think it would be rather difficult to get it all above, since you used the card maker. But at least try it with the image.
Face McShooty
I actually meant to do that
Chiri Tsukikawa
Oh but it looks a little odd. Could you make a separate version without it in the image? =o Just to see what it would really look like.
Face McShooty
I can try, GIMP is pretty confusing at times
A.Prime
hey mate! nice card you've got there! Target(this part could be Select... but target it's ok) 1 monster your opponent controls. While this card is face-up on the field: The targeted (or selected) monster cannot change it's Battle Position. This effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field. now I think it's ok. Now about GIMP. It's easy to use it. You could take the card you want without the lore, name, and stars and try to give it the template you want. then add the image of the monster the attribute etc! or you can use this: http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/221582-new-card-template-liam-new-attributes-now-psd/
