So you're saying the target of this spell now has to fight Len? In other words, this card's effect would be:

"Special Summon 'Len' from your Hand, Deck, or Graveyard. He must attack this turn. If your opponent does not control any monsters the same level as Len, he can attack your opponent directly."

Something like that?

Picture's good, but either her level is too higher or her stats are too low. While it is permitted to make your own archetypes or types on this board, I would recommend including one of the established and official types first, before listing your custom subtype, so your card can interact with other cards more smoothly. I also see this card is a Normal Monster, and that you have not included any text in the Description. This could be fixed. A good starting point.
