While this card is face-up on the field, you canNormal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect. ● You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "Hieratic" monster, except "Hieratic Seal of the Dragon King", from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard, in face-up Defense Position. disc.
