[b]Lightning Spawn:[/b] I'm not quite sure, but, wouldn't his cost allow you to Special Summon him with his own effect?
[b]Lightning Machine - Maskinen:[/b] Needs an "On Destruction" effect. It should be "Send a DARK Thunder-type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard" seeing as that's the only thing these guys can't do.
[b]Lightning Giant - Jatte: [/b]Its an OK card.
[b]Lightning Horse - Enhorning:[/b] Mind you, that is a Unicorn [s](and it's name is Kirin)[/s]. Hmmm...Very nice card; it allows them to get past some annoying obstalce as well as triggering some of your own effects.
[b]Lightning Phoenix:[/b] Good Card.
[b]Lightning Whale - Valfisk:[/b] I think it needs about 1500 ATK so it becomes more viable. DEF ain't all that useful as ATK.
[b]Emperor of Lightning - Blixtnedslag:[/b] Too many resources, not enough ATK or recovering effects for it to last long. Not a good Boss Monster. Raise it's ATK to 3000 and make it recover 2 Monsters instead of 1.
[b]Raging Lightning Shot:[/b] A gemini spark, but better? Excellent Card!

Overall, I think these cards are pretty good, granted they have their weak points here and there, but not many. I do wish these were a real archtype.
