There HAS to be some way to abuse this. Its not the best Number, but not the worst either. Its got a great effect. Its summoning conditions are garbage. Even harder with Glow Up Bulb banned. Is there any deck that can actually use this?

Baby Tiragon is better because atleast that thing has an use in Skull Servant OTK, since it can detach all Xyz Materials in 1 turn and makes King of Skull Servant attack directly, possibly for game.

This is just crap with terrible summoning conditions that isn't worth the -2 just for minor protection.
