You can also Xyz Summon this card by using 2 face-up Rank 5 or higher LIGHT Xyz Monsters you control as the Xyz Material (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials of this card). This is really broken :/
the fact you can Xyz summon this from a mere Utopia is what is the worst part. The effect also SENDS monsters to the graveyard, and we all know "send to grave" >>> "destroy". The milling isn't even a negative effect most of the time. And that second effect that's supposed to be negative is kind of deceivingly bad in the way that you can still add those monsters to your hand and special summon them from there. Or banish them. and etc.

Overall the effect is too powerful to be a Chaos Xyz Change monster.
Heck it's too powerful to be a Rank 6 too. I suggest making it Rank 7 or 8....preferably 7 since I like them more.
Also, lower the ATK to maybe 2500.

That's why I made it "send to the Graveyard" instead of "destroy". This way, it won't be blocked by cards such as Stardust Dragon.
Although, you had a point there. It's really too easy to summon, so I changed the summoning conditions to 3 Level 6, and also 2 Rank 5 or 6 is required.
