As i mentioned I dont have much money so is kinda hard to buy packs or tins , but thanks

Still, you can half make the deck he posted by buying 3 Dark World Structure Decks. If you can't afford that, we have very little advice.

Spells should be:

2-3 Gates
1 Reborn
1 Heavy Storm
1 Book of Moon
1 Card Destruction
0-1 Allure
0-1 Dark Hole
0-1 Gateway to Dark World
0-1 Cheerful Coffin
MST should really be sided, but it can be mained.

Traps should be:

3 Reckless Greed
2 Mind Crush
2 Torrential
1-2 Skill Drain
1-2 Deck Devastation Virus
1 Solemn Judgment
0-2 Solemn Warning
0-1 Return from the Different Dimension
0-1 Dark Deal

Not sure if I missed anything from this, but pretty sure that's everything.
