When this monster is Summoned, you can equip it to 1 face-up monster on the field. If the equipped monster is on your opponent's side of the field, take control of that monster. The equipped monster has its effect negated and gains 1000 ATK. If this card is not equipped to a monster, it gains 2000 ATK and cannot be destroyed by battle twice per Battle Phase.

The title font style you used is somewhat hard to read. If I didn't know this was Berserker I might not have been able to understand that. I might also question whether the text is too small on a printed version, so I might advise cutting back on the text so a first-time user can understand how to use his effects. I don't know about Berserker's true identity, but I'm fairly certain the heroic spirit is not a 'beast.' I was also fairly certain he could use basically any item as his weapons, not people so taking monsters over might not be the appropriate choice for an effect. You could also probably add something so that, by the name alone, you know which Berserker this is. This is, what, the Fifth Grail War? Fourth? You could use that.

The picture is good, although it might be better without that much rain, just for clarity's sake. The picture is also dark, which means lots of ink in printing. I think Berserker would have at least some power even before applying his effect. We'd have to look at the source to determine how much power. I'll leave that to you, as you are the card's creator, so you get to determine what goes into him.
