Considering for IRL

I know this is like the millionth time I've said I'm gonna build Dark Worlds irl, but spring sale actually brought this below £50 so I'm like "Sure, why not?"

Considering dropping a Beiige for a Gateway to Dark World.

Considering possibly getting Maestroke too, but it's like "When would I ever summon this?"

So yeah, remember that my budget is stupidly tight if you want to mention possible fixes.

Solemn Warning

Anyway maxing out your extra deck would be ideal solely because it doesn't matter how often you'll need a card, just that there's certainly a possibility that you will. With that in mine, I do suggest getting Maestroke, which, if nothing else, will end up being banished for Gate.

I never like Warning in Dark Worlds. It clogs too much imo and can't always be paid for. And especially in situations where I can't use it, I need something much better than MST bait.

Can't afford max extra deck, but never realised Maestroke was a Fiend, def gonna include it then.

Mind Crush is a bad gimmick, Skill Drain wins games.

Mind Crush is good. With 5 cards in the deck revealing my opponent's hand, with the huge amount of draw power along with the searching presence in the metagame, Mind Crush is never dead.

Skill Drain is shite against Heroes and the mirror. While being mediocre at best against Rabbit. That's over half the metagame. Stop being bad.

Skill Drain is great against Rabbit....flip it before they go into Laggia and its pretty much "proceed to win" from there because they can't really deal with Grapha.

But I do agree on Mind Crush being amazing....still side the Skill Drain.

Also, needs more Trace Archfiend...Discard outlet that turns into a beater and recycles cards banished by Gates.

And why run Upstarts? The deck is already fast enough....3rd Gates and 2 Trance over the 3 Upstarts

Heroes and Dark Worlds combined are not even half as much as the number of Inzektors that you are going to beat with Skill Drain. It's also far from mediocre against Rabbit.

I agree with this Chris.

Upstarts stops dead cards, Skill Drain is a huge MST magnet which I don't like and I don't like dead cards in certain matchups, I can always side into the second, I'll be playing more games with the side than without it. 3 Gates clogs like f***, I wouldn't run 3 ever.

Trance can clog, and it's just a pain to play around with, I want to keep this as simple and linear as possible while being able to make effective plays.
