Ran @2-3 in many OCG decks without a Level 5 Normal monster anywhere in the deck. Anyone care to explain it in a way that makes some sense?

Gives easy outs to random stuff? I say tech 1 at the most, but really, you don't need it since we have lots of Rank 6's that do the same thing.

Other thoughts: I side 2 Cydras to combo with Eset for Pleiades plays, perhaps that is also a reason they use it? I don't really know what their Extra Decks look like...

[/quote]Only Rank 5 was Pleiades, yes, but I'd think they'd have better options to do that with, wouldn't you think?

But there are other builds where they run LESS Nebthet and run Tiras and Volca as well. :\

Is it really worth it to run all of those? It seems like it would reduce consistency to me.

Use effect, get rid of threat. 2nd Vanilla.
Overlay into Atum.
At the end of the combo, SS Eset/another Nebthet.
Xyz into Pleiades/Tiras.
