1 tuner + 1 non-tuner Psychic-type monster
When this card is Synchro Summoned place 2 "Enlightened" counters on this card (Max. 4). Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by a card effect place 1 "Enlightened" counter on this card instead. You can remove any number of "Enlightened" counters on this card and target the same number of cards on the field; Banish those targets (You can only banish up to 2 cards from either players side of the field). You cannot conduct your battle phase during the turn you activate this effect.

I like the concept, and the Banishing effect doesn't seem too strong, though maybe you should limit it a bit more. For example, maybe when the card has the max number of counters, any effect that would destroy it would finally work, because you can't anymore counters. As for the banishing effect, perhaps it should only be able to target face-up cards, because the only limitation to it is that in a given turn you can only banish 2 cards before you have to start banishing your own.

there doesnt need to be any more limit....and what you just suggested to me makes no sense. Any effect that destroys the monster WILL work because he cant get more than 4 counters....thats why it states (Max. 4). I dont have to make the card text small by saying such a useless thing. Are you trying to make this card underpowered or something...why do i want it to banish only face-up cards? The only limitation to it is what i was going for: Trying to make it balanced.
