acnologia
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Banishing 3 EARTH monsters you control. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 EARTH monster you control to negate the activation of an Effect Monster's effect, and destroy that card. You can pay 800 Life Points to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower EARTH monster from your hand or Graveyard

Demon Loki
Maybe you could add from where you have to banish 3 EARTH Monsters to Special Summon, because you only have: "[background=rgb(251, 253, 254)]This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Banishing 3 EARTH monsters"[/background] And you should also change the last effect to "once per turn". Otherwise it's a litte too strong. But i like the Card, it's like Koa'ki Meiru Guardian that you can use over and over.

Do you have to banish 3 EARTH Monsters from your graveyard, from your side of the field, from your hand...?
I agree^ But I'd add in a few ideas: Maybe make it " removed from your graveyard 3 EARTH-type Rock monsters" so it makes it slightly harder to get off. And fix it from "destroying" to "tributing" because it can become easily overpowered with the Rock field spell to send 1 from deck to grave when a rock type monster would be destroyed. Besides that, Really good card.
