[Partangle the Candle Jangler]

OK look:

1] I made these collectively in around 6 minutes.
2] The main reason I made them was to see how the font worked out on the cards.
3] The art for Exodia's Revenge is the original Exodia art except I drew around it on MS Paint.

Now that we've cleared that up, le cards:

Cannot be Normal Summoned or set. Can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Exodia's Revenge" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn, you can reduce this card's level by 3 to add one Normal Monster from your deck to your hand. This card's ATK is equal to it's level x 400. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects.

Target one Level 1 Normal Monster in your Graveyard with "Forbidden One"| in it's name and add it to your hand, then target one card on the field: destroy it.

Activate only when you control have at least 2 cards with "Fobidden One" in their name in your hand: Special Summon one "Exodia Unleashed" from your hand or Deck.

4000 ATK is probably overkill. I understand that the effect reduces this, and it's a very nifty effect too; but to have a proverbial Obelisk on the field for not unlikely summoning conditions may be too much.
I like the concept though, and as I said, Exodia Unleashed has a great effect.
