Lunar Origins
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Effect monsters If this card is Synchro Summoned: Special Summon 1 non-Effect monster from your Deck, ignoring Summoning conditions. When that card is destroyed, destroy this card. When this card is destroyed, destroy that card. And, an optional Support card: Drunken Oni EARTH / Level 4 [ Beast / Tuner ] When this card is Summoned: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower non-Effect monster from your hand or Graveyard. All non-effect monsters on the field and in your hand are treated as being Level 2. [ ATK: 1900 / DEF: 0 ]
Agro
Well the first card could technically end up being an insta Rank 6 Xyz, at least in decks that can manage insta-Level 6 Synchro Summons like, say, Dragunity. But you specifically included "excluding the Summoning Conditions". Does that mean you want this card to summon Ritual Monsters as well? As for the second card, stating the obvious here, but I guess this'd be the generic way to bring it out. Now I'm worried about some sort of Dino Rabbit/Hieratic crossbreed. Summon Rabbit, Get Laggia. Next turn, summon Oni, get out Atum, do stuff. Probably wouldn't make sense as an actual deck, but it's something to note.
SunKistRebelution
OCG error: Refer to the target of the effects as Normal Monsters, like the actual cards do. Not "non-Effect Monsters". Thank you.

I made this card because I wanted it to offer pseudo-support for Rituals as well as Normal monsters. I should also add an ATK cap. Hmm.
