allow me to present :

Activate only when you're opponent summons a monster, target the summoned monster and 1 monster card from your hand: destroy the targeted face up monster then special summon the targeted monster on your hand to the opponent's field. on your next standby phase, if the monster special summoned by this effect is still face up on the field, take control of that monster permanently.

 

lore:

Tribute 1 monster you control; the activation of your next spell or trap card cannot be chained by any effects. You can only activate the effect of "Energizer Full Speed" once per turn.

 

lore:

If you successfully activated a spell or trap card, you can special summon this card from you hand. Once per turn: you can discard 1 card; target 1 card from your graveyard and return it to your deck then randomly target 1 card from your deck and add it to the hand cards. this card cannot be targeted by spell and trap cards.
