Effect: 2 Level 10 Monsters Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you may Detach one Xyz Material from this card and banish one monster from your graveyard to shuffle all cards on the Field other than this monster into their respective owner's decks and inflict 300 damage to each player times the number of cards returned in this manner. If this card leaves the field while it has Xyz material on it, you may pay 2000 Life Points to Special Summon one of the monsters used as its material until the end phase. After which, the summoned Monster is banished and half of its ATK is inflicted to its owner's Life Points. KdogPrime
Whoa! 300 times the number of cards returned? That's a potential 6300 points of damage to BOTH PLAYERS (if both player's card zones are completely full). Considering how many players fall below 5000 LP these days just paying for effect costs, 300 per card is too much. Also, it leaves your opponent wide open for a direct attack AFTER already having inflicted heavy direct damage, while you still have (potentially) cards in your hand to boost this monster's ATK or additional monsters to summon. It could be very easily abused into an OTK, that is, if you survive the direct damage to your own LP. That first effect would probably end up forcing a draw more often than ensuring a win. Then there is 2000 LP cost to summon a Level 10 monster after which half that monster's ATK is dealt to the player as direct damage? Do you know how much ATK most Level 10 monsters have? Most of them have between 3000 and 4000 ATK points. Just using that Special Summon effect once could drain you of half your LP all told, and for what? A Level 10 that sticks around until the End Phase only? What if you used that effect during your opponent's turn? You'd get a monster, until he/she ended their turn and you lose the monster AND take damage. Most Level 10s wouldn't even be able to summoned by the effect anyway, because of summoning restrictions. Not to mention the difficulty of summoning two level 10 monsters in the first place. Even with Synchros or Fusions, it's not that easy. As I said, most Level 10s have very specfic summoning requirements and some Level 10 Archetypes are restricted to only one on the field (Earthbound Immortals, Malefics). It's very rare that you'll actually have more than one Level 10 on the field at a time. I understand somewhat the idea of what you were trying to do here, but this card has too many downsides and not enough benefits to you as its controller.
