Love of Ghibli
Its not horrible ,I honestly can't see me using it though. It really sounds like raigeki break with the added effect of bouncing your own monster and more times than not I would want to keep my monster on the field and just destroy the attacking monster. In short the card is...average in my opinion.
Akeno_Ederis_17
Actually it saves the monster from another incoming attack, this is actually intended to be used for monsters that you need to save (assuming that the opponent have 2 or more monsters) , or recycle it's effect/s (effects that activates only when summoned or effects that can only be used once). What I can see is that your an average duelist. :l No offense, what I mean is that; sometimes you should think outside the box.
NeoTwice
You can return the monster to your hand, and then discard any card from your hand, which could be the monster you returned, then destroy 2 cards on the field. So, if you're in a spot of bother, you set this card and set a monster, activate the card when your monster is attacked, return that monster then discard it, then destroy the attacking monster and a spell/trap. You're basically saying "When you kill my monster, I take no damage and you lose 2 cards." I think OP'd

Garthfunkle Vii Backwards
cards like plaugespreader zombie nerco warrior or any monster you want the grave set one of them set this trap your set monster gets bounced then discarded to where you wanted destory any other monster that has not attack and 1 pesky spelll or trap they have laying about my suggestion Activate only when a monster you control is selected as an attack target, when this card is activated send the bottom card in your deck to the graveyard, return the attack target to your hand then you lose life points equal to the monster level X 800 then discard 1 card; destroy 1 monster and 1 spell or trap card on the field
