Sk00ps
Here is a card I made. [spoiler/Lore]Final Defense Orders All face-up monsters on the field are changed to face-up Defense Position and their battle positions cannot be changed. If this card is activated while "Final Attack Orders" is on the field destroy this card and the active "Final Attack Orders" or if "Final Attack Orders" is activated destroy "Final Attack Orders" and this card. This card cannot be activated from the hand.
This card was made to cancel out Final Attack Order BTW.
Phatt Mann
It's not bad since it can destroy just about all of the Cloudian Monsters, since they are destroyed while in Face-up Defense Position.

Nu-Mou Knight
Since when did a card like Final Attack Orders warrant a specific counter? The first effect is okay, but to keep both players under total defense position would require some sort of cost. Of course, if newly summoned monsters are not affected, then lack of cost wouldn't be a big deal, but by being a Continuous, I would assume that they are affected. Also, what do you mean in the last effect that it cannot be activated from the hand?
FF Fan
Yeah the activate by hand thing sounds weird. Are you saying that the card has to be set first in order to be used? If so, mine as well make it a trap card. The card is basically a better stall card than Level Limit B.

mappel6
It's not a bad card, just remove the "This card cannot be played from the hand," add a cost, and make it a Trap. Then, it will be a perfect card.
