7swords
I cannot believe a version of this card was never made. I was trying to make a new dragon deck and wanted to do blue eyes and red eyes so i made this card. Please comment/rate. RBY
Its attack doesn't seem too high considering the monsters you'll have to use to summon it. Red Eyes and Blue Eyes are normal monster after all, though you could always fuse them though Future Fusion. The card may be a 4000 pt beatstick, but its also dependent on the hand, otherwise you can't pay the cost and it is destroyed. Its inferior to FGD in that respect (as well as in attack), though the destruction that comes with paying the cost might even things out, I don't think it would necessarily be OP for since you have to do the effect and if you can't, the card is destroyed. Level 12 seems a bit high for the fusion of a level 8 and level 7 monster (Blue Eyes Ultimate is level 12, but its a fusion of 3 level 8 monsters), though that's just my arbitrary opinion, feel free to ignore it. The artwork looks good, but the name combined with the picture make it seem more like a fusion of Blue Eyes White Dragon and Red Dragon Archfiend (the "Black" seems more prominent than the "Red" in Red Eyes Black Dragon), though once again, this is just my opinion, so you don't have to consider it. The card looks ok overall, I don't see anything wrong with it.
Medivh
Lower the ATK. This card is too easy to summon. Summoner's Art. Polymerization. I could roll with the ATK if it had something like: "To conduct a Fusion Summon of this monster, the Fusion Material monsters must be on the field" etc. etc.
