Level 4 During your main-phase, you can banish this card from your graveyard to increase the ATK of 1 "photon" monster you control by 1000 untill the end phase. Kaito doesn't specify a timing or the requirement of a photon monster. Im just taking a wild guess at what it's likely to become when released.
