I suggest giving a meaning to your work. A mere concept will help you a lot with developing your style rather than just doing whatever.

There was no render. The Katy Perry thing was just one stock. i just used liquify filter to add the effects. I don't even have Topaz. I just used a blurry ASCV on lighten over the actual image. Thanks for the help though. Check out my Venom tag to get a better look at what I can do.

I never stated there was a render... and I stated don't "over clean". To be honest... your Venom tag isn't a lot better than this one.
