Lore: Cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be special summoned from the graveyard. This card can only be special summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 DARK Synchro monster and 1 LIGHT Xyz monster on your side of the field. The summoning of this card cannot be negated. While this card is on the field, neither player can activate spell cards. During each of your standby phases, you must 1000 life points. If you cannot, then you cannot activate trap cards while this card remains on the field.

Basically Imperial Order as a monster, with a slightly higher cost and brutal drawback if you don't pay it.

I made the summoning conditions odd since I did not say what the levels/ranks of those monsters have to be. You could use any LIGHT Synchro and DARK Xyz.

A monster version of the infamous Imperial Order. Well not quite exactly since it DOES allow you to activate Spell Cards, and that's a HUGE advantage, after all. Further more, the cost is too little, since it doesn't even affect this monster. And I think if you wanna make sure that this monster will hit the field, make its Summon cannot be negated, not only by Trap Cards. Did you forget about Rai-oh?

I made it so both players cannot use spell cards, and increased the cost from 800 to 1000 life points per turn...and you do not choose to activate it or not, it i forced. Though if you have 1000 or less life points, then you cannot use spell AND trap cards while this card is on the field.

Made it so nothing can prevent its summoning, not even spell or monster effects.

As for the summoning conditions: If you managed to summon a synchro monster and an Xyz monster, you should be in control of the duel anyway...usually.

It's really quite easy these days to have a Synchro or Xyz on the field, so I think what's difficult is to HAVE this card in your hand to Summon it. Too bad Witch of the Black Forest is banned, ortherwise I would suggest you make this monster's Def 1500 or less.
Then, how about making its ATK/DEF 0, and it gains ATK/DEF equal to the total ATK/DEF of the monsters you banished to Summon it. This way, you can make sure it has a considerable ATK, and can be searched via Sangan.

You know, one thing is critizing and the other is changing someone's card totally. Please, don't.


For the card, I have a doubt; even if you don't pay once, you don't need to pay anymore, since the effect doesn't gve you anymore restrictions. Anyhow, it's a nice card, but you should change the cost so it gives you drawbacks if you don't pay, or a big one each time.
