Lady Freya
This card can not be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. When an XYZ Monster is summoned using this card as XYZ Material, inflict damage to both players equal to the ATK of the summoned monster, then detach this XYZ Material card immediately. So, is it balanced? I'm not too good at this but let's weigh up the pros and cons of the card. Pros: - Can be summoned by Tour Guide - Can inflict heavy damage, possibly winning off it's effect - Potential to combine with Barrel Behind The Door Cons: - Has minimal attribute support.(can't be hit by rekindling, and there generally isn't a lot of good FIRE support) - Summoning restriction that prevents easy reuse - Damages both players, meaning it can be dead late game, when it would kill you - A monster XYZ summoned by the effect effectively has 1 less XYZ material monster than it otherwise would - Low ATK/DEF, fairly useless outside of XYZ. Wrath's Child
Its lack of versatility (as enumerated among the cons you listed) dooms it to unplayability, I'm afraid. I suggest removing the no-SS-from-Grave clause, as there isn't much Fiend-specific support out there that can re-use the card once it's in your Graveyard, but that really won't help matters much.
Galkin
Card is deadly and can make effective use of Acid Golem; if planned corretly, this can be a 6000 damage combo or even an OTK. The card by itself is balanced.
