Hmm...this concept just seemed interesting to me so I tried to make one. It has to be good enough to be worth summoning but not to a degree that it's overpowered. I suppose the way I did it I didn't quite pull that off. The first effect is just basic select and destroy, the second one is a basic ATK plusser so neither of those really matter. The third effect is supposed to be the middle one, so it basically is a stronger Rabbit as it can set you up for any rank straight out and would probably be the most worth using. Detaching 4 for multiple attacks and piercing seemed OK so I put that in there, and finally 5 is for a nuke that gives you a direct attack.

If you don't want to read that, just look at the card.

5 Level 4 Monsters
Once per turn, you can detach any number of Xyz Materials from this card to activate one of the following effects based on the amount of Xyz materials detached:
1 - Destroy one card on the field.
2 - Increase the ATK of all other monsters you control by their level x 200 until the End Phase.
3 - Special Summon 2 Level 4 or lower monsters from your hand or Graveyard: Target one monster in you or your opponent's Graveyard: The Special Summoned monsters levels are treated as the level of the targeted monster.
4 - This card can attack each monster your opponent controls once each, and inflicts piercing damage.
5 - Destroy all cards on the field except this card. Card effects cannot be activated in response to the activation of this effect.

I don't usually come to this section, but given the furore over Number 91 I had to look:

Overly complicated, just five random effects cramped onto one card. The third effect is insanely powerful.

He's trying to justify the existence of this kind of Xyz. I'd say it's fine, if not for #1 being inordinately underpowered, and if not for #3 being a second Xyz in a hurry.

how would one be able to have 5 level 4 monsters to xyz summmon this ?

add

"this can only be xyz summon by using the above xyz material and can not be summon any other way"
prevent other tricks to bring this out (even though i do not think it possible because no card exist to ss a xyz monster from your extra deck)
