Sergio Dark World General
If this card is discarded to the Graveyard by a card effect: if it was discarded from your hand to the Graveyard by an opponent's card effect, you can target 2 cards that your opponent controls; Special Summon this card from the Graveyard, then banish those cards (if any). This card's original ATK is equal to the numver of Fiend-Type monsters in your Graveyard x400. If this card is discarded to the Graveyard by a card effect: if it was discarded from your hand to the Graveyard by an opponent's card effect; Special Summon it, and this card is unaffected by card effects.Once per turn you can add 1 "Dark World" Spell card from your graveyard to your hand, then discard 1 card. If this card was discarded by a card effect: If this card was discarded by a card effect select 1 "Dark World" monster in your graveyard;Special Summon this card, then inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the selected monster ATK. Special Summon 1 "Dark World" monster from your Hand or Deck ignoring the Summoning Conditions. It cannot attack or be destroyed by card effects(except by this card effect),it's destroyed during the End Phase of the turn this card was activated. (Probably Semi-Limited/Limited) As long as this card remains face-up on the field when a card is discarded(either by card effect or cost), put 1 "Dark Counter" in this card for each card discarded. When a "Dark World" card would be destroyed or negated you can remove 1 "Dark Counter" from this card instead. When a "Dark World" monster is destroyed(either by battle or card effect), draw 1 card, then you can discard 1 card.
Guest Devil's Advocate
Both of the cards don't really help the ultimate goal for Dark Worlds. The first card doesn't even have a regular DW clause, meaning that the only way you can Summon it is to Normal Summon it, which is the epitome of inconsistency, or Reborn/Call/Gateway it, which is just a waste. The second card is pretty much useless (even though it doesn't miss timing, even for costs (oh forget it, who am I talking to...)), because the only thing going for it is an extra Sillva/Goldd, both of which like to be run in small amounts in a dedicated DW deck. And once you Grapha it, it basically loses its main purpose. tl;dr: These cards are bad. EDIT: I just noticed this for the first card. Your standard, run-of-the-mill DW build usually uses 10 or 11 Fiends (3 Broww, 3 Snowww, 1-2 Beiige, 1 Sillva, 1 Gold). So... 400 x 10 = 4000 ATK Beatstick or if you run the 2 Beiige, 4400 ATK. Wut? Wrath's Child
For a Dark World fanboy, you sure know little about Dark World, don't you? So I'll help you while you peruse the Wikia. Blou, Mysterious Swordsman of Dark World DARK/LV6/Fiend/?/? If this card is discarded to the Graveyard by a card effect: if it was discarded from your hand to the Graveyard by an opponent's card effect, you can target 2 cards that your opponent controls; Special Summon this card from the Graveyard, then banish those cards (if any). This card's original ATK is equal to the combined ATK of all Fiend-Type monsters in your Graveyard. Swart, Werewolf of Dark World DARK/LV6/Fiend/2300/1200 If this card is discarded to the Graveyard by a card effect: if it was discarded from your hand to the Graveyard by an opponent's card effect; Special Summon it, and this card is unaffected by card effects. Each turn, this card can attack as many times as there are Fiend-Type monsters in your Graveyard. While my knowledge of OCG is very spotty (I think the my wording on Swart needs further modification if it were to adhere to current DW OCG protocol), at least now they're more Dark World-ish than yours. I'd recommend that you take these to heart.

Lady Freya
Blou is utterly ridiculous, it's ATK would basically rise to an ungodly amount, clear the field, and just destroy your opponent, every time, very well could lead to first early game wins. example is that if you get Goldd and Silver out in one turn, easy enough, then you summon Blou, then you pretty much win, because without gates that's 9200 ATK worth of damage there, with Gates, considering you didn't state Original, it's 10,100, Dark Bringer: Only use I see, summon a monster, bounce to summon Grapha. The Honor of Dark World: Probably semi'd you're right, this one is fairly interesting. Swart, Shavi, and Hope, I like.
