It's a Giant Rat for vanillas. It gives you the vanillas no one plays, like Summoned Skull, Curse of Dragon, Shapesnatch, Gaia the Fierce Knight, Winged Egg of New Life, etc. What's your favorite high-level vanilla? It might be a target for this. Since a lot of this card's targets have 2400+ ATK, I made this card's ATK as high as it is to make it harder to destroy by battle and set off it's effect. Fun fact. The woman in the pic is NOT the monster. Can you find the real monster?

If this card is Summoned: You can target 1 Level 5 or higher monster in your hand or Graveyard; return that target to the Deck, then draw 1 card. If this is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can choose 1 Level 5, 6, or 7 Normal Monster from your Deck; Special Summon that target.

This is a nice card but it seems a little Over-powered in my opinion.
As well as making it a powerful level 4 monster (with atk and def 1900) you gave it the ability to summon a level 5 to 7 normal monster and to allow you to recycle and draw cards. I would edit it so either it had less atk/def or a slightly less powerful effect. e.g 1700 atk and def and when this cars is destroyed by battle you can pay 2000 life points to special summon 1 level 5-7 normal monster from your hand (seeing as using your entire deck gives way to much choice for advantage).
