Tengu: They do stuff.

They're...uhh...Beast-Warriors. Originally, they were going to be Winged-Beasts, but they have Blackwings, and Beast-Warriors have...uhh...a few X-Sabers. Since Konami is making support for Types now (which is what they should be doing,) these are kind of like the Geargias of Beast-Warriors. Keeping it away from pure Archetype focus, these also work with Beast-Warriors in general. Also, these are Horn targets.

● Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this turn; this card can attack every monster your opponent controls (one attack on each monster per Battle Phase). Other monsters cannot declare an attack this turn.
● Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; until your opponent's End Phase, monsters you control are unaffected by your opponent's card effects.

Wow. Another nicely done, well balanced archetype. I can't say anything more than that. Well, maybe I can. Beast-Warrior's have some pretty low-base support, so i'm left wondering how these could be implemented into a Beast Warrior deck 'cause obviously they won't shine anywhere else. I don;t know how I feel about the field spell, just because you have so many searcher's already and many of your cards allow for fast swarming. Just think, if that field spell said "Blackwing" instead of "Beast-Warrior Type", then members would s*** bricks. The same could be said concerning it's synergy with your archetype.

The Xyz's are really nice, though the first one threw me off . . . a lot. I mean, 2 Level 9 Beast-Warrior Type monsters? at least give some hope for it to be Xyz Summoned the normal way. To me, it looks like you gave it a ridiculous high rank and hard summoning requirement, just so you can give too high stats and overpowered effects. As if that justifies it; ESPECIALLY since we all know it will be Special Summoned through his own effect regardless.

They should be winged beasts then it would make sense
alltogether: 7/10

Reborn Tengu is Beast-Warrior, and Beast-Warriors get to use Horn of the Phantom Beast. That, and as Winged-Beasts, they would be insane with Icarus Attack.
