Ah, just another one of Jaden's pathetically conditional cards that would be more interesting if they weren't so specific.

So it needs Bubbleman on the Field, and you can then play a Trap from the hand during the Turn. Being a Quick Play is nice, but...there's just not a lot of times when playing a Trap from the hand is more benefical than simply Setting that Trap card, barring Turn 1 shenanigans, but because of the hilariously conditional use of this card (controlling Bubbleman) in additional to being a -1, almost no Deck will even consider this, except MAYBE Chain Material OTK, since it runs Bubbleman anyway for Electrum.
