Raviel the Phantom
I came up with a rather strange type of monsters, that take on the effect of a puppet master controlling one puppet at a time to battle. These puppet monsters have some unique abilities, and the magic and trap cards work solely for them. Hope those who read this enjoy the cards. And note, that some of the images are from Naruto, more specifically Sasori. Monster Cards There can be only 1 "Puppet Master" monster in Attack Position on your side of the field at any time. Destroy this card during the End Phase that it is summoned. The controller of this card is inflicted with damage equal to the ATK of this card. There can be only 1 "Puppet Master" monster in Attack Position on your side of the field at any time. This card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. All Battle Damage involving this card is treated as Effect Damage. There can be only 1 "Puppet Master" monster in Attack Position on your side of the field at any time. As long as this card remains on the field, all piercing Battle Damage is reduced to 0. There can be only 1 "Puppet Master" monster in Attack Position on your side of the field at any time. If there is 1 "Puppet Master Scarlet Lady" on the field, this card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase. There can be only 1 "Puppet Master" monster in Attack Position on your side of the field at any time. This card must be in Attack Position when it is on the field. When this card is targeted as an Attack Target, search your deck for 1 Trap Card and play it without having to Set it first. During the End Phase you use this effect, destroy 1 card on your side of the field. There can be only 1 "Puppet Master" monster in Attack Position on your side of the field at any time. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, equip that monster to this card instead of sending it to the Graveyard. If this card would be destroyed, either by battle or a card effect, destroy the equipped monster instead. There can be only 1 "Puppet Master" monster in Attack Position on your side of the field at any time. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 monster on the field. The controller of that card takes damage equal to the level of the destroyed monster x100 points. This card cannot declare an attack this turn. There can be only 1 "Puppet Master" monster in Attack Position on your side of the field at any time. This card can attack as many times during the same Battle Phase, as there are "Puppet Master" monsters on the field in defense position. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 1 "Puppet Master Red Devil" while 1 "Puppet Arts, String Symphony" is on the field. As long as this card remains on the field, your opponent cannot activate any Spell/Trap cards when a "Puppet Master" monster declares and attack. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be special summoned by sending all monster cards on the field, in your hand, and deck to the graveyard. The ATK and DEF of this card is equal to your current Life Points. When this card is targeted by an opponent's card effect, you can banish 5 monster card from your graveyard to negate the effect and destroy that card. When this card is destroyed, take damage equal to its current ATK. Spell/Trap Cards During your Main Phase, you can Special Summon 1 non Machine-Type monster from your graveyard. The summoned monster is treated as a "Puppet Master". You cannot Normal Summon or Set the turn this effect is activated. Equip to any "Puppet Master" on the field. When the equipped monster attacks, immediately destroy the target after damage calculation. Inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the destroyed monster level x200 points. Activate only when there is a "Puppet Master" on your side of the field. You can activate one of the following effects: -Destroy all non Machine-Type monsters on the field -Inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points for each "Puppet Master" on your side of the field. Increase the attack of all "Puppet Master" monsters on your side of the field by 400 points. Additionally, you can skip your Draw Phase to activate this card's effect. Once per turn, take 1 card with "Puppet Master" in its name from your deck or graveyard and add it to your hand. Activate this card only when a "Puppet Master" in attack position is targeted by an opponent's card effect. Negate the effect and destroy the card. The targeted monster is then switched into defense position. Activate this only when a "Puppet Master" is selected as an attack target. Destroy the attacking monster. End the current Battle Phase after this effect is resolved. As long as this card remains on the field, all "Puppet Master" monsters can be in attack position, regardless of their effect. During either player's Battle Phase, you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Puppet Master" monster from your hand or deck. The images are being screwy. When I have time, I will try to get the right cards on.

Raviel the Phantom
I'm aware of the fiendish Puppet Master card, and it is no big deal that he too could be added to this type of deck. It is appropriate after all.
Love of Ghibli
Couple of problems First there is no such thing as a quick play trap card (severe strings) and second while the set as a whole is pretty nice there are some glimmers of brokeness and overpoweredness Trickster: Makyura the Destructor is banned and his eff was weaker than this thing. You cannot just grab your mirror force or Dimensional Prison from the deck and use it too overpowered. Wired Grim: 4 star monster with a base attack of 2100 and no drawback...that alone is unbalanced. You proceeded to give it a very nice effect to follow. It would need to drop attack in order for that to balance out. Poisonous Gas: So your choices are rageki or some possible burn. While the burn is alright I think the rageki part should change. String Symphony: To end the set on its arguably most broken note. The releasing restraints part alone is arguably overpowered since I can have three 2100 level 4's on the field. But to be able to just arbitrarily pay lifepoints and be able to summon some boss puppets puts it over the top. Like I said nice set just a few glimmers of brokenness.
