Anime/Manga Cards:

Even if this is a joke card, I'm going to take it seriously. Also, people are only supposed to post cards in their own threads. In my signature you will find a number of sets based on anime and manga (including 'Cuteness Counterattack' and 'Dungeon Crawlers.' Fair warning.

First: While custom sub-types are permitted in the Popular Culture section, I would recommend that you include an official archetype as well, so you and other players will know how this card will interact with other cards. As far as I know the ATK and DEF are within Level-2 range.

Some As-Far-As-I-Can-Figure OCG suggestions: "If you control a face-up "South Italy - Tomato Warrior" when you Normal Summon or Set this card you can Set "Roman Empire" in face-down Defense Position, ignoring all other summoning requirements. When this card is sent to the Graveyard Special Summon "Germany - Weapon Specialist" and equip it with "North Italy - Pasta Warrior." "Germany - Weapon Specialist's" ATK and DEF become 4000."

Note I have removed the designation "Nazi" because it was a political party that could offend some people, making it inappropriate fare for a card game. I also reduced Germany's boosted stats to match those of Obelisk, however they might need to come down further depending on the other cards involved in this effect.

Small text makes a card hard to read, especially if you plan on printing them. A good start, but only if you're serious.

I know some very clever ten-year-olds, and not all of them are cartoon or manga characters, so that's really not an excuse, especially if you know for what the Nazis stood, and the violence they perpetrated against fellow human beings. That said, I will forgive you if you remove the political designation from the cards in question. I have to ask, though: do they really use it in the manga/anime? Also, given your age what're you doing watching such a show? I hear it's been criticized as portraying and perpetuating racial stereotypes.
