It's based off the National College Player of the Year and NBA-bound number one pick, Anthony Davis. I'm going to try to make an entire set of these guys (UK players and other college/perhaps pro basketball guys). Lemme know what ya think/what you think I can improve (I'm trying to make effects as playable/balanced as possible).
