Card is epicsauce, effect is cool, artwork is HNNNNNNNNGASM, but dat summoning condition makes it bad. Though the Ghost Rare looks absolutely beautiful. Although Neo Galaxy is hilarious in Dark Worlds, but if you have access to 3 Grapha at once, you probably won anyway. Love the card. It's so lulzy to win with, although the Summoning Condition can be absurd, since 3 Level 8 monsters can usually spell game anyway, barring unusual circumstances or a plethora of Xyz.
