This card has high ATK for its Level. However, its effect is not insanely powerful, and since it takes 3 Tributes to trigger it and only protects it from Dimensional Prison or Forbidden Lance. Gaining a dead monster's effect during your Main Phase 2 and your opponent's turn is OK, neither great nor lousy unless you copy Shi En or something.

While not worth running in anything competitive, it's not seriously flawed. Even if there were a way to generate 3 monsters for its Tribute Summon instantly, it wouldn't do anything spectacular. Maybe a combo with Gale Dogra?

So should I keep it as is or adjust?

And i see how running this could be hard to manage. i was think of adding other fiends and possible support but I need to know if i should. after all this is my first post

I think all cards should be competitively viable, or at least special. You should probably change or support this card. If you add more support, the card could become better. It depends what you add. Things that would provide support:
1. A way to get around the Tribute requirement,
2. An easily buried but hard-to-Summon monster whose effect is worth copying, or
3. A way to expand the protection or increase the harm to your opponent.

There are other ways, but those are the simplest.
