Stan Alda
OK, this probably isn't my best. But after being gone for the weekend, making even one card and giving this place some degree of life is good enough for me. This fairly simple card is designed to screw with your opponent's deck, much like my Vileware (http://forum.yugiohc...oftware-reboot/) archetype. There isn't much to say for it beyond that. If any of you guys have ideas to improve this bare-bones experiment, feel free to contribute. Queen of Spades DARK Level 4 Spellcaster/Effect Once per turn, you can shuffle your opponent's Deck. You can discard 2 cards and reveal your opponent's Deck; target 1 card in the Deck and place it either at the top or bottom of your opponent's Deck. 1900/1700 (Many thanks to Galkin for improved effect) The Russian text stands for "Three, seven, ace! Three, seven, queen!", the final words of The Queen of Spades by Alexander Pushkin (http://en.wikipedia...._Spades_(story). Retroninja15
How about:Discard 3 cards from your hand.Draw two cards. Give the Queen of Spades more respect! It's pointless to shuffle your opponent's deck. Edit:You can add "Once per turn".
There is, in fact, a point to shuffling your opponent's deck--it's meant to scramble their card order and change the odds of their getting a good card, either for better or worse. Your effect is, for all intents and purposes, "Graceful Charity", which is banned. So thanks for the input...but no.
Galkin
Tribute. 1900 ATK. -3 Effect. Overpowered card is overpowered [/End Sarcasm] Its stats are not even tribute worthy for today's standards, many level 4 monsters have better (or equal) stats than this card. Discarding 3 cards from your hand as a cost is horrible since it won't trigger DW (and DW don't even discard that much in 1 go). Shuffling your opponent's deck is practically useless because barely no one actually puts card on top of their deck, they just draw and use what they get or search a card directly from the Deck.
Once per turn, you can shuffle your opponent's Deck. With Decent stats and an effect that lets you control your opponent's draws, it can be very useful for control decks.

In my defense, when I first made it, I wasn't quite sure what to do with it; all I wanted was some sort of shuffling effect that would screw with the opponent (like in the Pushkin story).
Still has no purpose.Graceful Charity is banned because it's a spell card.Of course,a fair effect for it if it was a monster and must be tributed, and can't be special summon.(So if it's destroy, there's no Monster Reborn to rebirth it)To make it even more fair since it's a level 5.Also,the card has 1900 Atk,so it can be beaten in battle easier but the effect is amusing. Problem Solve. "Once per turn, you can discard 3 cards from your hand.Draw two cards. It cannot be special summon,it must only be summon by tributing a monster in your field." newhat
OK. This effect is fairly powerful, since you can see your opponent's whole Deck and give your opponent useless draws like Mystical Space Typhoon. It's very expensive, though, so having it on a 1900 DARK Spellcaster is a good idea since you won't be using its effect most of the time.

Galkin
I don't know about you, but by your opponent's first turn, you don't need to see their Decks to know what they are doing. You can already guess more or less what are their key cards and what 50% of their Deck is made off, excluding any Staples. The 2 discard effect is purely for balancing purposes. If it was 1, you could control your opponent for as long as the card was face-up.
Garthfunkle Vii Backwards
change : once per turn during any player's turn summon this card then activate its effect your opponent turn draws then you activate this card effect again lol that would be 4 cards discarded so that seem fair and you could mess with your opponent even more for the cost of allmost of your entire hand
