crazygab50
Yes, this should probably be in the Pop section, but I am more concerned with these cards being balanced than awesome and close to the actual game (star wars the force unleashed) Please tell me about whether or not they have balancing issuessorry about the reapeats, here are the skipped over cards

Xi-3
It is now in Popular Culture, so that is no longer an issue, correct? This is an interesting set as a concept, since it focuses on a single event arc, and it's the one surrounding the foundation of the Alliance to Restore the Republic (better known as the Rebellion or the Rebel Alliance). I have two sets myself, one for the Alliance and the other for the Imperials, and I chose to focus on the starfighters (but I still have a few Sith and Jedi. I also have Juno and a TIE Fighter). Lets go through some minor issues, and please do keep in mind that these are only my opinion on the matter. 1. Bull Rancor: 'Felucian,' 'Rancor,' and especially 'Special Summon' should probably always be capitalized. This card in particular has some balance issues: it is a Level-7 with an effect essentially to Special Summon itself, yet it has more power than a Blue Eyes White Dragon (3000/2500), a Level-8. In the first place, Rancor Beasts are not all that intelligent and can only attack with tooth and claw. It is my opinion that it should not be more powerful than the highly-armoured Blue Eyes, which has a breath attack like most dragons. 2. Felucian Rancor: It's 'guards' not 'gaurds.' You could probably take its defense way down (Luke killed one by pinning it under a gate spike at Jabba's place, so its armour is not especially thick). Since this is a Normal Monster the ATK might be fine at 2000. It's definitely beyond peak human strength, otherwise I would ask again that you lower that too. In any case, these are Mook-class creatures, definitely not the centerpiece of a Deck. The plain white background is a bit dull. You could even consider a screenshot from ROTJ. 3. Felucian Shaman: Capitalize 'Each' and 'Field.' I'm not sure if 'face up' should be 'face-up.' 4. Felucian Warrior: Capitalize 'Battle Phase.' 5. Kazdan: "When you summon this card Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard as a MACHINE-type and continuously negate its effect." 6. Kota: I recommend the following OCG fix, because you did not specify from where the Special Summon is coming: "Once per turn you may Special Summon 1 monster with "Jedi" in its name from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard." I would also recommend the clause "... as long as it is Level 6 or lower." Also, the image is distorted. You can also find pictures of Kota from the graphic novel adaptations. And he's a Jedi Master. 7. Shaak Ti: Again please capitalize "Once" and "Special Summon." Her current stats are consistent with a Level-4. Please consider raising them both by 500, as Shaak Ti was a Jedi Master. I think her picture looks squished, horizontally. 8. Starkiller: "Once per turn, if you do not attack with this card, you may search your deck for a Spell Card with "Force" in its name and play it." I see Starkiller is a Level-7, yet has the same ATK as "Dark Magician," a Level-8 without an effect. He's also stronger defensively, even than "Buster Blader." Just saying. The plain black background could use some colouring, maybe a gradient to red if you can manage it. The image may or may not be squished. It's hard to tell. To add a bit to the irony of the story you could put his family crest in the background -- ironic because it's used by the Alliance later. You could create a higher-level version of him with his true name, as well. 9. Juno: The first problem with this card is that she is not a Rebel, at least not at first. She should therefore not have that in her name, at least to start. Please capitalize "Special Summon,' and it's spelled 'Rogue.' People mistake that for 'Rouge' a lot. The biggest problem with Juno's effect, though, is that it does not make much sense to make her Special Summon the 'Rogue Shadow' every time she attacks. You could probably change this effect so she gets the ship when you summon 'Starkiller,' as she is his pilot to start. When you make a card for her as a Rebel, you could have her effect boost other Rebel units, due to her being a commanding officer of a Nebulon-B Frigate I believe it's called 'Salvation).' Juno could also boost Starkiller, and he, her. I recognize this picture, by the way, as the same one I used for one of her cards. 10. Revelation: I'm not quite certain what you mean to do with this card. Here is my best guess: "You can only activate this card when your opponent has declared an attack on a monster you control with "Jedi" in its name. Return the "Jedi" card to your hand. You may Special Summon it back to the Field during your opponent's End Phase in 2 turns." The picture is on the dark side (heh) to see. 11. Vader: Capitalization issues. And he's a Sith Lord, technically, even if his cybernetic parts leave him less connected to the Force than others, like Starkiller. No "Force Choke" effects? 12. Palpatine: His stats are consistent with a Level-4 monster's. His effect could be to Special Summon himself 1 turn after he has been destroyed, and to add 500 ATK each time he does so -- sort of like a Zombie monster or something. Palpatine should only be able to be destroyed by a "Jedi." 13. Maris: Capitalize "You" and "Special Summon." And is she, herself, a BEAST-type? 14. Sith Stalker: For simplicity sake I am continuing to refer to cards by a single name. "You can only Special Summon this card after "Starkiller" has been destroyed in battle by a DARK-type or by its effect. Equip "Starkiller" to this card. When this card destroys a card with "Jedi" or "Sith" in its name equip that card and add its effect to this card." In my opinion overpowered because he keeps all effects instead of discarding them when he acquires a new one, or it could wear off after a certain number of turns, like Rogue from X-Men. 15. TIE Fighter: Note the capital letters in 'TIE,' please. Unless you're referring to a far earlier model, it stands for 'Twin Ion Engine.' In my opinion this starfighter is far more powerful than you've made it (see my own set). Also, since you should only have a total of 3 cards of the same name in your Deck shouldn't the effect be to Special Summon the other 2? Finally it's 'Imperial.' And that should be 'Imperial TIE Fighter' or simply 'TIE Fighter' because anything else is simply being redundant: all TIE Fighters are Imperial Starfighters, and they have 'Fighter' right in their own name. On a sidenote, they may not have shields but they are small targets. A TIE Fighter's speed is comparable to that of an X-Wing. 16. Stealth Transport - Rogue Shadow: Its stats are comparable to that of a Level-4. Take a look at the Jade Shadow in my alliance set for ideas, if you like. I recommend some changes to the Lore as well: "Once per turn during your Main Phase you can flip this card into face-down Defense Position. This card cannot be attacked by other MACHINE-types while it is face-down." The Machine-type thing is because it could be eyeballed by a living monster, potentially. I did the same thing with my Celestial Being Set, since the GN particles tended to jam scanners and communications. 17. Imperial Jumptrooper: Other than the same comments as usual, its stats are consistent with a Level-3, even with an effect, in my opinion. 18. Imperial Stormtrooper: Yes, it's one word. Overall a good start and an interesting concept. With a little work, mostly over English grammar, you could have some good cards. I look forward to seeing more.
