So this is my Resonator deck. The main point to it is to get out Red Nova Dragon. Red Nova Dragon is obviously a two step card in this deck. Step one is to get out Red Dragon Archfiend and step two is upgrade him. If you can do that fast enough, you will be in a controlling situation.

So step 1 in a fairly simple step to complete. With a combination of a Level 3 Resonator and either Oracle, Vice or Cyber Dragon you can bring Red Dragon Archfiend out in one turn given your opponent controls a monster. Then you simply Normal Summon a Resonator of level 3 and bring out a Level 8 (aka RDA). Another option is to utilize Salvage Warrior. This lets you make plays while your opponent controls no monsters OR make a play while you control other monsters. It works well with Dark Resonator because Dark is immune to 1 battle so set it turn one and you are set.

Step 2 on the other hand is more difficult because of consistency. To maintain consistency you need to limit the number of moves to bring out Nova simply because without Archfiend these cards will mostly be dead in hand. Having too many of them will clog your hand making you lose. Despite this, I still have three different strategies to bring out Nova:

The first is obviously Diva. Running 2 Diva means that I am unlikely to draw 2 and after using 1 there is not third copy dead in my deck. Diva puts a total of 4 tuner levels on the field at the cost of my Normal Summon.

The next method is through Creation and Barrier. Creation is able to bring itself out while you have your RDA face-up then you can Normal Summon the Barrier and go into RDA. Unfortunately even though this is an easy to pull off move, it requires two cards from your hand and your Normal Summon.

The final method is through Red Carpet. It revives Barrier and either Creation or Dark and allows you to go into Nova without your Normal Summon. This means you can go from a single backrow to Red Nova Dragon in 1 turn. Of course it also has its downsides. First, you need to get Barrier into the grave fast to make this work and second, unlike the other methods, this doesnt buff Nova by a bonus 1000 ATK points.
A few other things to mention will also be done in bullet point form simply because it's an obvious choice to make a list.

Red Dragon Vase is amazing here. Since the focus is so strongly on bringing out Nova and thusly it is also focused on bringing out Red Dragon Archfiend, Vase will prove to be live effectively when you draw it. Since this deck relies on -1 combos, drawing that extra card can be the difference between winning and losing. It will help you get to those Nova combo pieces faster and is simply awesome.

Black Winged Dragon does seem like an odd choice but if you can bring it out against Chain Burn you basically win. Chain burn is going to be a tough matchup simply because it plays very few monsters that would be summoned meaning that you will have difficulty using Cyber Dragon, Oracle or Vice. With Salvage Warrior however you can bring out this Dragon and from there Victory should be simple enough.

Oracle is actually really good here because of its stats. It is the only level 5 that I can search with Sangan which can be very clutch in exploding.
Finally I would like to end by admitting I do not expect this deck to be meta. Of course it wont compete with Dino Rabbit or Chaos Dragons or Inzektors. This is simply something that is fun to play around with. If you have any further questions, I would be glad to answer them! Hope you enjoy.
