The Beast Of Destruction [Re-Posted]

This is the start of a new set I have been working on. The set centers around summoning the powerful Fiend-Type monster [i]Interitem, The Beast of Destruction[/i]. These cards would be used to support any fiend or dark deck. I may develop this into a full deck type if I get positive feedback and find the time to work.
These are the first cards I've made in a while, so criticism is appreciated. Enjoy!

EFFECT: Reduce the ATK and DEF of all face up Light attribute monsters by 200. If there is a face up Fiend-type monster on your side of the field, your opponent can only select Fiend-type monsters as attack targets.

EFFECT: If "Shrine of the Destroyer" is face up on the field, you may tribute this card to special summon one "Interitem, the Beast of Destruction" from your Hand or Graveyard.

EFFECT: This card cannot be summoned unless "Shrine of the Destroyer" is face up on the field. If "Shrine of the Destroyer" is not face up on the field, destroy this cards. If "Shrine of the destroyer" is removed from the field, destroy this card. Once per turn you can select one card your opponent controls and destroy it. If the card destroyed by this effect is a spell card, destroy another card on the field. If the card destroyed by this effect is a trap, then you must discard one card. During your Main Phase you can send one "Shrine of the Destroyer" to the graveyard to remove from play all cards on the field (including this card). You cannot declare an attack the turn this effect is activated.
