Reginanos
The problem with this deck (or at least in my opinon, someone else may tell you otherwise) is that it isn't pure enough. I think you like Red Nova Dragon so much, you're trying to put him in Atlanteans, and apparently it's not working. In reality, I sadly think Atlanteans are just a bit too small right now to be playing right now, but I could be totally wrong. That's the reason why I haven't tried it yet is because the archetype just seems so small that... it just seems too hard to make without putting hybrid in it (like you did) and then it just goes in an entirely different direction. The deck may look good on pen and paper, but that doesn't always mean it will work.

Paddyman
Well built, you have the right idea here. I recommend the tricky because it's a level 5 card that's ridiculously easy to summon (You only have to discard a card.) So if you're depending on level 5 monsters to help you run nova, then use the tricky. The cyber dragons are a bit harder to summon. Now for red dragon archfiend, I'd recommend using summoner monk, along with a level 4 tuner. Persanally, I've played with Atlanteans, and it dosn't seem to work for me. Don't get me wrong, I could be wrong, but it doesn't work for me.
